How do we collect and handle your personal data?

The business company APS Energia Czech s.r.o. obtains personal data, therefore we require consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” according to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “ZOOÚ”) and on the amendment of certain laws.

By submitting the web form via the website www.apsenergia.cz, by contacting our company or our associates by phone or e-mail, you grant the business company APS Energia Czech s.r.o., with the registered office: Kubánské náměstí 1391/11, 100 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 24832812, VAT No.: CZ24832812, file No.: C 178531, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, a limited liability company since 6 April 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions set out below:

In the case of submitting a web form or contacting the Controller’s employees by e-mail and telephone, the subject agrees to the processing of personal data as follows:

1. Personal data that will be processed:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail address
  • telephone contact (if provided)
  • IP adresse

2. The purpose of processing personal data is: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject.

3. The period of processing of personal data is: until revocation

4. Security of personal data: The business company APS Energia Czech s.r.o. has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

By submitting the web form via the Data Controller’s website, i.e. www.apsenergia.cz, or by contacting the Data Controller’s collaborators via e-mail or telephone call, the subject declares that he/she has been properly instructed by the Data Controller on the processing and protection of personal data*, that the above personal data is accurate and true and is provided to the Data Controller voluntarily.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (the “Regulation”), the Controller hereby informs that:

  • The personal data of the Data Subject will be processed on the basis of his/her free consent, under the above conditions.
  • The reason for providing personal data to the Data Subject is: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the performance of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject.
  • The controller has not appointed a data protection officer, has not entrusted any processor with the processing of personal data or appointed a representative to carry out the obligations within the meaning of the Regulation.
  • The controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the Data Subject to a third country or an international organization.
  • The Data Subject has the right to revoke his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to request from the Controller access to his/her personal data, their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, and to object to the processing, the right to the portability of such data to another controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if he/she considers that the Controller is processing personal data in violation of the Regulation.
